At Earthberry Traders Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our practices regarding shipping methods, timelines, and related charges.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after placing the order and a shipping confirmation once dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days within India, depending on your location and the availability of the product.
Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (if applicable and mentioned on the website).
For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be charged, which will be displayed at checkout.
Any additional delivery charges (if applicable for certain locations/products) will also be shown before you make payment.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect details, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping

8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, we request you to refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
In case you accept the package and later find issues, please report within 48 hours with photos as proof.
