You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no charges will apply for cancellations made before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or discontinued.
Pricing or listing errors on the website.
Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, we will notify you, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
