• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

• Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account/UPI as shared with our support team.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

• If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a replacement subject to product availability.
