At Earthberry Traders Private Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (food items, groceries, etc.).
Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products.
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if product is damaged/defective).
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the product back using the provided address or request a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account/UPI as shared with our support team.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a replacement subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return under this policy.
